These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EZcontractPRO LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

EZcontractPRO is a cloud-based software platform designed for contractors, handymen, and service professionals. Our Service enables you to:
EZcontractPRO is also available as a mobile application for field crews. The EZcontractPRO Field app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, allows field workers to access project details, record audio notes for job documentation, and stay connected with the office. The Field app requires microphone access for audio recording functionality.
We continuously improve our Service and may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers.
To use EZcontractPRO, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to continue using the Service.
We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Essentials, Pro, Pro Plus) with different feature sets. Current pricing and features are available on our website. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
You own your data. All client information, estimates, invoices, documents, and other content you create or upload remains your property. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data.
Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. We maintain regular backups to protect against data loss. Essentials tier and above include daily automated backups.
You may export your data at any time through the Service. Upon account termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation. After this period, data may be permanently deleted. Archived or deleted items within your account follow your chosen retention settings.

The EZcontractPRO name, logo, software, website design, and all related materials are the property of EZcontractPRO LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your content (estimates, client data, documents) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZCONTRACTPRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

EZcontractPRO offers optional SMS text messaging to deliver transactional notifications to your customers on your behalf. By enabling SMS features, you and your customers agree to the following terms.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.
When you (the EZcontractPRO subscriber) enter a customer's phone number and choose to send a document via text message, you represent that:
Message recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, no further SMS messages will be sent to that number. Recipients may opt back in by replying START or YES.
Recipients may reply HELP to any message to receive assistance information, including a link to contact support@ezcontractpro.com.
Message frequency varies based on your use of the Service. Typically, a customer will receive one message per invoice or estimate you send via text. Standard message and data rates from the recipient's wireless carrier may apply.
SMS messages are delivered via Twilio, a third-party messaging provider. While we strive for reliable delivery, we do not guarantee that all messages will be delivered. Delivery may be affected by carrier policies, network conditions, or recipient device settings. SMS should not be relied upon as the sole method of delivering time-sensitive documents.
Your Responsibility: As the EZcontractPRO subscriber, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your customers before sending them text messages. EZcontractPRO provides the technology but does not verify individual consent for each message.
